Located in the wardrobe.
Air Conditioning
When turning on your Air conditioner, please be patient as min unit must reach the desired temperature before it will start blowing air into the room. There may be a slight delay after you turn on your system, but this is normal for split-system Air conditioners.
If you encounter any problems, please don't hesitate to contact reception so the issue can be resolved for your comfort.
Housekeeping
Please be aware that our rooms are serviced and cleaned every day from 10.00am to 2.00pm.
Note our staff will not touch your personal belongings, hence if left on the bed they will not make your bed.
If 'do not disturb' sign is in place during this time, then our staff will assume you do not want your room to be serviced, please contact Reception should you require assistance.
Energy Conservation
We are committed to caring for the environment and reducing greenhouse gases, please assist us by ensuring that all lights, air conditioners and television sets are turned off when leaving your room.
Faults Or Breakages
We may not know, and your feedback is important!
Should you discover a fault or item broken within your room please notify our staff, no matter how small, as we strive to maintain our motel to the highest standards for you and future guests' comfort and convenience.
If matters require imedate attention, we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
Swimming Pool
- The pool opening hours are from 8.00am to 8.00pm or to dusk in the height of summer.
- Children must always be under Direct adult supervision.
- No lifeguards are on duty hence your personal safety is your responsibility.
- Enjoy but please be respectful to other guest re noise and loud music.
BBQ Areas
A gas barbeque is available for guest use in our BBQ area located behind the pool area. Please check with Reception regarding the time you would like to enjoy this facility and to collect the BBQ utensils on offer for your convenience. After use please ensure the gas supply is turned off and that you leave the BBQ and BBQ area clean an tidy, garbage cans are provided.
Outdoor table and chairs are also provided for your use and convenience, enjoy but again please be mindful of loud noise or music.
Smoking
We respect your right to smoke but we kindly ask you to respect our smoke free room policy. By adhering too this policy you are respecting future gussets by ensuring the rooms are kept fresh.
Please be aware that a fee of $200 applies and will be charged to the guest should this policy not be adhered to - to cover additional cleaning costs.
Ashtrays are provided out side the rooms for guests who wish to smoke, please be respectful to other guests who may not share you same passion for smoking! We thank you in advance for your co operation and hope that you understand our request
Pets
Our motel is pet friendly however an additional cost of $30 applies per stay, this is to ensure future guests would not have any problems with potential allergies and the like, note we only allow pets in specially allocated rooms. Finally please respect our Pet Policy and not hide your pets in your rooms as this will only lead to us reconsidering our motel as pet friendly
Children's Playground
We have over 1.3 hectares of land for you and your children to enjoy the outdoors, including a playground area however ensure your children are supervised at all times.
Guest Laundry
The guest laundry is located between rooms 6&7 (family room side), operating hours are 8am to 8pm.
The cost per wash is $6 (3x $2 coins), washing powder is included, change is available if from reception if required- dryer is free but please remember to clean the lint filter.
A clothesline is also available for use and is situated at the side of room 12 just down from the laundry.
